L.O.W is a hardcore band from Dharawal Country (Wollongong) that proudly flies the flag for South Coast Hardcore. After a very short time of playing shows, L.O.W have already racked up an impressive list of bands they’ve supported including Speed, Fleshwater (USA), Xibalba (USA), Volatile Ways, Terminal Sleep, Spy (USA), Poison Ruin (USA), Restraining Order (USA), Private Function, Toe to Toe and King Parrot to name a few. In March 2025 L.O.W got to play their biggest show yet, playing Yours and Owls Festival 2025 which featured artists like Fontaines DC, Denzel Curry, The Goo Goo Dolls, Jpegmafia, Shame and The Veronicas. They also released their debut EP ‘Ruination’ which is the first recorded material as a full band. Always keen to play anywhere and everywhere, L.O.W is constantly geared up for a big year.
