OK Hotel release new single via F&O Distro

Ok Hotel’s latest release “Right On Time”, an independent released, distributed by Farmer & The Owl.

Co-produced by the band and Ben Stewart (Slowly Slowly) wastes no time unleashing an onslaught of earworm melodies fit for a festival stage. Only 15 seconds-in dishes out the band’s most infectious sing-a-long chorus to date. Reminiscent of 2000s guitar pop, alt rock and emo, the band explodes into their triumphant 2025 return with “Right On Time”, mastered bY producer/ legend Will Yip (Title Fight, Superheaven,Turnstile).

What is ‘Right On Time” about? Right on Time” grapples with wanting a life full of people to love and motivate you whilst fearful of the world’s ability to change your life in a split second. Singer Josh Fogarty reflects on the writing process; “I find a lot of humanity in this song. Writing with Ben was a cathartic attempt to not let any tears pile up in the next door I was walking through. We really worked together on finding something to say. I feel most at stake when there’s some love on the line, it makes me try my hardest when I have something to lose. It’s a commonality we share in the band, of being hopeless romantics.

Accompanying the new single is a music video (created by the band) at the now closed Naarm venue D’shut, paying homage to the bands DIY beginnings in Wollongong NSW. The clip also features the bands new live bass player Aston Jerome (Towns) and showcases OK Hotel’s relentless obsession in synergising visual and sound, constantly keeping fans and new listeners hooked.
